A self portrait of sorts as well as a still life. The brush and ink stick are included because my interest and admiration of japanese and chinese ink painting.The small pot my wife and I bought in Arles , visiting there as a sort of pilgramige to my favourite artist Van Gogh. As for the ink block ask my wife. She will tell you I am a very messy person.
